Application: TMQ is a general-purpose amine antioxidant with good anti-thermal ageing performance in the rubber industry. It features non-removal, low-volatility and small pollution in vulcanized rubber products. TMQ is widely applied to rubber products such as tires.
Application: As a kind of ursol rubber antioxidant, 6PPD has better compatibility with rubbers, seldom blooming, low volatility, low toxicity, with excellent antioxidant, anti-ozone, anti-flex cracks , anti-insolation cracks, strong inhibition on copper ormanganese and other toxic metals, applicable to all types of synthetic rubber and natural rubber.
Application: IPPD is a general antioxidant among amine antioxidants. Its performance of preventing ozone-related ageing and flex cracking is good. The product can also provide good protection against thermo-oxidative ageing and light ageing. IPPD is used for natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as styrenebutadiene rubber, cisbutadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber. The product is easy to disperse in rubber materials.
Application: Provides fast cure rate and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products low poison and high efficiency. It is goodback up for NOBS. Application: Given flat, moderately fast cures in NR and SR. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubber. Non-staining and non-discolouring in "white" socks; used as a plasticizer and retarder in polychloroethylene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synthetic polymers. Physical peptized for natural rubber HA50 (Prosol-SN)
Application: HA 50 acts to stabilize free radical formation, improves reversion resistance and produces vulcanizes which display greater resilience and tear strength. Because of higher level of solubility HA50 can be used without fear of bloom or adverse effect on rubber to metal or rubber-to-rubber adhesions. Due to the polymer chain lubricating effect, compounds containing HA50 will display lower viscosities under shear as well as greatly enchanted flow rates. When used as a process additive for solutions SBR, compound viscosities are reduced while flow rates and reversion resistance are improved. HA 50 will provide easier mixing and extrusion of compounds based on solution SBR. Mold flow and mill roll release will also be enchanted.
Application: Pre-vulcanisation inhabitor. Provide predictable scorch control in most sulphur valcanisation; Improved cost performance through marginal stock recovery, single-stage mixing, higher processing and/or curing temperatures; activity is linear and higher than most retarders; may cause bloom above 0.5 phr. It is the anti-scorching agent for both natural and synthetic rubber.
